Drawing on a broad culinary songbook -- from the smoke-kissed foods of central Texas and Scandinavia, sustaining working class meals from the British Isles and la cucina Romana, to whimsical new takes on old favourites -- I want people to come away from the table feeling more connected to the food they eat and to the people they share it with.
Menus
Once every few months I will offer a unique, heartfelt and thoughtful food experience for delivery, pick up, or cooked in your home kitchen. Each experience will focus on that sometimes-indescribable mix of anticipation, comfort, joy and satisfaction you feel when gathering around a communal table. From time to time meals will come with a story about where it’s from, it’s groundings in history and how it all fits together.
